Million Dollar Breakaway – Reschedule FAQ 

Who do we contact about stalls and entries? 

If you wish to draw out of the event or make changes to your stall reservations, you may do so until November 28 at 2:00 PM (MST) and receive a full refund.  


Updated Entry Requirements for WestWorld/Million Dollar Breakaway 

WestWorld has implemented updated health requirements for all horses entering the facility, including those traveling from within Arizona. 

Required for Entry at WestWorld of Scottsdale:
• A 5-day Health Certificate for every horse
• A Coggins dated within the past 12 months

Due to the rescheduling of the MDB event, what is the updated Breakaway Finals & Concert schedule? 

The Breakaway Finals and Concerts are now scheduled for December 18–20. 

Thursday, Dec 18: Jeremy McComb (new!) 
Friday, Dec 19: Josh Meloy 
Saturday, Dec 20: Coming soon! 

Why was the MDB rescheduled? 

The MDB was rescheduled in response to the current Equine Herpesvirus (EHV-1) outbreak impacting horse communities. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution, prioritizing the health and safety of all horses involved. 

What is my ticket good for? 

Your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date that corresponds to your original ticket date: 

  • Thurs, Nov 27 → Thurs, Dec 18 
  • Fri, Nov 28 → Fri, Dec 19 
  • Sat, Nov 29 → Sat, Dec 20 

If you would like to keep your updated ticket, no further action is needed—we’ll see you in December! 

What if I’m unable to attend on the new dates? 

You may request a refund by emailing support@flicket.io. 

How are 3-Day Passes affected? 

All 3-Day Passes will now apply to December 18–20. 

I received a ticket through a voucher code. What happens now? 

  • All voucher codes will still be valid for the new corresponding day. 
  • If you already redeemed your voucher, you will receive an email with a new voucher code for the updated date. 
  • If you have a voucher but have not redeemed it yet, you can still use the code for the corresponding new date. 

Will my seat location stay the same? 

Yes. All reserved seating and VIP sections will remain the same for the updated dates. 

Are there any changes to event start times or venue? 

No. All event times and the venue remain the same.

Doors open at 5:30pm, Roping begins at 6:30pm, Concert begins at 9:15pm.
